What is MasterPeace Bangladesh?
MasterPeace Bangladesh, an award winning club, began its journey in Bangladesh in 2012. The Club is legally supported by a renowned Public Library, called Pancha Khanda Gulaibia Public Library. MasterPeace Bangladesh club is the first South Asian MasterPeace Club. MasterPeace Bangladesh is continuing its journey focusing on peace education, and multi-ethnic common traditional culture. It aims to spread MasterPeace massage in rural areas of Bangladesh as the rural people are the major disadvantageous population of Bangladesh.
In 2012 MasterPeace Club of Bangladesh was awarded as the Champion of the International Day of Peace 2012 contesting with 29 MasterPeace clubs located in 29 counties in the world. MasterPeace Bangladesh organized series of events as many as 16 events throughout the country on the occasion of International Day of Peace 2012 and was able to involve and reached more than 20 thousand people, 15 organizations and educational institutions through this series of events.
In 2013, MasterPeace Club organized series of cultural and educational events on peace at various location of the country through year round. As a result, it was selected one of the finalist International Day of Peace Competition 2013. More than 20 thousand and more than 20 organizations were involved in these events.
In 2014, MasterPeace Club of Bangladesh was selected to hold one of the 5 flagship events of the world to celebrate International Day of Peace. The flagship event was ended with a huge success where more than
30 thousand audience celebrate an open air live concert for peace.
In 2015 MasterPeace Bangladesh also celebrated international Day of Peace. MasterPeace Club of Bangladesh has currently 5 regional clubs located at various cities in the country. It is rapidly growing various cities in Bangladesh.
In 2016 MasterPeace Bangladesh was recognized one of the most active club of MasterPeace around the globe.
In 2017 MasterPeace Bangladesh painted 21 walls, which is the highest numbers of walls painted among the other participating MasterPeace Clubs around the world, to observe MasterPeace International Day of Peace – Walls of Connection project.
